"I was expecting Kartra to be a lot..."
I was expecting Kartra to be a lot more confusing, but it was easy to get around. I’d say about 80% of the stuff was right where I expected it to be, and I got my pages and emails set up without needing much help. A few areas felt a little clunky at first, maybe for the first hour or so, but once I clicked around it started to make sense. Overall, it’s a solid tool, just takes a bit of patience in the beginning.

"Support feels slow"
kartra works fine for the most part, but the support has been a bit frustrating. I’m not sure how to explain it, but the replies felt kind of generic, and it took a few days before I got a clear answer. It’s not terrible, but when you’re trying to fix something quickly, the waiting gets annoying.

"I wanted one tool for everything, but it just got messy"
I gave Kartra a try because the idea of having pages, emails, checkout, and memberships all in one place sounded perfect for me. But once I actually started using it, it felt like too much packed together, maybe I’m the problem for expecting it to feel simple right away.
I kept getting stuck on little things that should’ve been quick, and setting stuff up ended up taking me longer than when I use separate tools. The layout just didn’t click with me, and after a while I felt like I was fighting the platform more than building anything. Not really worth it for me.

"Pretty reliable most days"
I’ve been using Kartra for a while now, and honestly... it’s been steady for me overall. The pages usually load just fine, and my emails go out when they’re supposed to, which is really the main thing I need. I’ve had a couple of small glitches here and there, nothing major, though, and definitely nothing that kept me stuck for long. I’d give it 4 stars because it’s reliable most of the time, just not totally perfect

"Feels overpriced for what it offers"
I wanted to like it, but the price feels steep for what you actually get. I don’t mind paying for something useful, but after being charged, I expected a lot more value than this
